Yes, after your first subscription you can subscribe to different MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz bundles as you want. But in that case the usage speed will be the highest speed for the bundles subscribed.
Is it possible to subscribe to the same MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz bundle many times?
Yes, you can subscribe to the same MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz bundle as many as you want.
The extension will be done as follow:
• Voice bonus for MTN Calls that is given to alternate number will be added to the remaining, and expiry date will be reset to 30 days from the subscription date.
• Speed remains unchanged

How to renew a MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz bundle ?
1. NoLimitPro
After your first subscription, you do no longer need an MTN agent support to enjoy NoLimitPro bundles. To renew or buy a MTN NoLimitPro bundle, you dial *202# or *210# and select option 5 and follow the instructions
2. NoLimitBiz
NoLimitBiz is a postpaid offer, customer will receive invoice every month end.
What if the customer wants to use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers with another device?
To use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers with a device other than the one linked initially, you must:
• Go to a service center to reset the device (compatible to NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz) setting mapping
• Call the Squad team available on call at 7107 to get more information
By doing this, customer will be able to use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers ONLY with the new device
How to update MTN your bundle registration details (alternative numbers or email address)?
To update MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz account details, you must:
• Go to a service center
• Call the Squad team on 7107 to get more details
Note that your alternative number is entitled to receive some of your NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz advantages (unlimited calls…)
How to activate the automatic renewal of MTN NoLimitPro offers?
To activate automation renewal of MTN NoLimitPro offers:
• Dial *202*100# from any device and any MTN number
• Enter 1 (Activate)
• Enter or select the account number on which the action will be performed
• Select the offer
• Enter 1 to confirm
At the renewal time, it is the number from which the request has been made that will be charged and the offer will be activated to the selected NoLimitPro account.
How to deactivate the automatic renewal of MTN NoLimitPro offers?
To deactivate automatic renewal of MTN HOME NoLimit offers:
• Dial *202*100# from any device and any MTN number
• Enter 2 (Deactivate)
• Enter or select the MTN HOME account number on which the action will be performed
• Select the offer
• Enter 1 to confirm
What will be the priority in case of multiple MTN NoLimitPro offers activated?
The priority will be given to the Highest bundle. It means that the bundle with the highest speed will take the priority.
Example:
• NoLimitPro Basic 19900F – Up to 8Mbps is activated
• NoLimitPro Standard 24900F – Up to 10Mbps is activated
Priority in term of usage will be granted to MTN NoLimitPro Standard 24900F so customer will browse on up to 10Mbps that is the speed for the highest bundle.
How do I know if my workplace if covered ?
Easy. Go to www.mtn.cm, click on NoLimitPro offer then click on "Coverage test" to find out if your workplace is covered. You can also contact a sales agent or go to any MTN Service Center.
Is it possible to use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers everywhere?
No, MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers must be used only at your location
What if the customer changes location or wants to use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers in another location?
To use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers in another location, you must:
• Go to an MTN service center ask for location change
• Call 7107 and ask a support.
By doing this, you will be able to use MTN NoLimitPro or NoLimitBiz offers ONLY in the new location
